Benefits Manager

Join our award-winning A-Team at Affinitiv, the largest provider of end-to-end, data-driven marketing and software solutions focused on the automotive customer lifecycle. We are looking for a Benefits Manager to design, manage, and analyze all benefit programs.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar field
5+ years’ experience in benefits administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer focus
Knowledge of HR and Benefits practices

Responsibilities

Design, manage, and analyze all benefit programs
Partner with various departments to ensure compliance and regulations
Develop strong partnerships with vendors
Manage federal, state, and local compliance, filings, and reports
Serve as an escalation resource for employees on benefit issues

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or similar field
