Skills
2-3 years' experience as a Human Resources Coordinator/Assistant
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Good organization, time management, and prioritization skills
Responsibilities
Assist in conducting new hire onboarding for USM employees
Assist with the recruiting and interviewing process
Work with supervisors/managers on site to review employees' timecards and ensure timely approvals
Identify employees' needs and provide assistance
Coordinate with corporate HR to maintain up-to-date paperwork and employment records
Perform other related duties as assigned
