Skills

• 2-3 years' experience as a Human Resources Coordinator/Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Good organization, time management, and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting new hire onboarding for USM employees
• Assist with the recruiting and interviewing process
• Work with supervisors/managers on site to review employees' timecards and ensure timely approvals
• Identify employees' needs and provide assistance
• Coordinate with corporate HR to maintain up-to-date paperwork and employment records
• Perform other related duties as assigned
