Contract Management Manager
Affirm is looking for a business-minded Contract Management Manager to negotiate a range of agreements varying in complexity and oversee innovative contract operations.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in complex contract drafting and negotiation
- In-depth experience with complex Ironclad and Salesforce administration
- Hands-on program management experience driving complex, cross-functional projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong bias for action to get stuff done
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts
- Support contract management, contract approval coordination, database management, and reporting
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and proofing of standard contract templates, training materials, knowledgement management and contract analysis
