We’re dedicated to making improvements and sharing our learnings with the broader community through our annual DEI report: 2022 report. Our mission is simple: Deliver honest financial products that improve lives

Affirm is dedicated to changing the way consumer finance works. We build honest financial products that help people prosper.

Our core product allows people to buy now and pay over time. Because of our technology, we can offer financing to more customers than traditional credit, and because of our values, we never charge hidden fees. Consumer finance is still very broken, but we’re only just getting started.

Success means all hands are on deck—from engineering to sales and operations. We collaborate companywide and challenge each other to bring thoughtful ideas to every project. Even with our growth, Affirm still feels like a tightly-knit team where every perspective counts.

Affirm is now a remote-first company!  The majority of our roles can be accomplished anywhere in the U.S. and Canada (with the exception of Quebec).  While most Affirmers will have the option to choose a remote-first accomodation, our offices in San Francisco, New York City, Pittsburgh, Chicago, and Salt Lake City will remain operational and accessible for anyone to use on a voluntary basis.

Our 2021 benefits allow flexibility for Affirmers to customize their experience by selecting benefits based on their individual needs and preferences to be successful from almost anywhere.

• Technology wallet: $200/month will offset some of the monthly costs associated with home office expenses
• Food wallet: $220/month will ensure access to favorite meal and snack options throughout the day
• Lifestyle wallet: $250/month will support holistic wellness and growth
• S.A.F.E. Journey wallet: $20,000 lifetime wallet will support Affirmers in family planning needs including surrogacy, adoption, fertility, and egg freezing

Holidays and Time Off

• Increased number of holidays from 7 to 24 paid days when offices will be closed and Affirmers will not be required to log on for work
• Generous vacation and sick time
