Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to set and execute Consumer ML and Search platform strategy
Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain senior engineers
Organize the Consumer Search and ML team to fulfill its mandate
Establish OKRs and critical metrics for team direction and success
Create a technical roadmap for fast-growing business
Build a strong engineering culture around innovation, accountability, empathy, and execution
Participate in on-call rotation
