Manager, Machine Learning Engineering (Consumer ML)
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly. They are looking for a passionate and technical Manager for Machine Learning Engineering to lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to set and execute Consumer ML and Search platform strategy
- Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain senior engineers
- Organize the Consumer Search and ML team to fulfill its mandate
- Establish OKRs and critical metrics for team direction and success
- Create a technical roadmap for fast-growing business
- Build a strong engineering culture around innovation, accountability, empathy, and execution
- Participate in on-call rotation
