Skills

Proficiency in backend programming languages like Python
Experience with front end frameworks like React or AngularJs
Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS
Experience with data frameworks like Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Airflow
Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers and Analytics teams to implement business critical features
Create a long term technical roadmap
Coach, develop, retain, and provide growth plans for team members
Establish OKRs and critical metrics
Mentor engineers to improve designs and code quality
Own availability and performance of team systems
Build a strong engineering culture
Actively participate in creating an inclusive environment
Build relationships with people across engineering and other organizations
Participate in hiring engineers and growing talent
