Principal Software Engineer
Affirm is reinventing credit and is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the architecture and technical roadmap of innovative products within the Servicing and Partner Configuration domains. The role involves owning the architecture for the end-to-end delivery of customer service agent experience and partner onboarding journey.
Skills
- Strong experience leading engineering organizations
- Expertise in synthesizing technical requirements and capabilities
- Experience building and owning large-scale consumer products
- Mentoring and developing technical leaders
- 15+ years software engineering experience
Responsibilities
- Drive the long-term vision and architecture of post-purchase user experience
- Champion scalable and delightful solutions across the engineering organization
- Establish architecture and technical design standards
- Lead technical teams to develop solutions for complex problems
- Provide technical guidance for product direction and roadmap
