Senior Manager, Fraud Operations

Affirm is reinventing credit and seeking a Senior Manager, Fraud Operations to lead, influence, and own the strategy, outcomes, and execution for the Fraud Operations team.

Skills

  • 8+ years experience in a management or leadership position in financial services, fintech, payments, or related space within fraud operations
  • Experience scaling and building operational teams
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and decision-making skills
  • Results-driven with ability to problem-solve complex issues
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to formulate actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute a strategic vision for the Fraud Operations program and team
  • Lead the Fraud Operations team in conducting fraud investigations, recoveries, and customer support activities primarily in the U.S., Canada, and other global geographies
  • Ensure the team consistently meets service level commitments and maintains high quality levels through continuous process improvement
  • Provide ongoing reporting, visibility, and accountability around team performance measures
  • Drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture within the team
  • Leverage and grow an effective vendor network strategy for outsourcing high volume work
