Senior Program Manager I
Affirm is looking for an exceptional Senior Program Manager to support the expansion of financial products and oversee the dispute resolution process.

Responsibilities
- Support the expansion of Affirm Card and Affirm Money account products
- Manage dispute governance and oversight program
- Lead key bank partner relationships and regulatory compliance
- Track chargeback success rate and identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor dispute volume trends and develop reports
- Provide guidance on escalated dispute cases and regulatory compliance
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
