Job Description:
A vacancy for Instrumentation Software & Hardware engineer (m/f) has arisen within AIRBUS Flight and Integration Tests center in Toulouse.
You will join the team in charge of the operational support for the applications installed on the Flight Tests means used for data processing (ground, lab and FTI) in accordance with customer needs and the architecture of the test means.
You will contribute to users support, the maintenance and tests of the ground tests means (Simulators & Laboratory tests Benches).
JOB & MISSION
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Maintain in operational condition software and hardware solutions deployed on Ground tests means (simulators and avionic systems integration tests benches)
Validate “tests means” evolutions and corrections
Ensure and manage “software and hardware” support
Lead and coordinate internal and subcontracted operational team
Capitalizing on “IT Operational support” experience

- Ability to work in dynamic and challenging operational environment
- Systems knowledge (linux, Windows, scripting) and networks (ethernet, IP, afdx, …)
- General computer skills: coding, scripting and/or signal transmission (discrete, ARINC, CAN, etc.)
- Effective organizational skills
- Communication and technical team leadership skills (2 to 3 years)
- Initiative and autonomy
- Soft skills : Curious, collaborative and flexible
- Language Skills: Native in French, negotiation level in English
