Bold is looking for a Product Designer to turn roadmap opportunities into validated user experiences for older adults. The role involves creating intuitive and engaging designs that support our mission of providing personalized, convenient online workouts.

Skills

3+ years experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing design process
Experience in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into feature designs
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Familiarity with front-end development

Responsibilities

Partner with Product and Design teams to understand user needs and create wireframes
Focus on engagement and retention by gathering feedback and iterating on designs
Create visually appealing high-fidelity designs that align with roadmap goals
Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Perform QA and usability testing to meet design specifications
