Job Summary:
You'll shape our creative vision and oversee video content creation from concept to completion, owning every step of the creative process. This role combines high-level creative direction with hands-on video production expertise for both paid (Meta Ads) and organic content.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead scaled video production from concept to final delivery for Meta Ads

  • Lead short-form video production from concept to final delivery for organic social media

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for paid and organic content

  • Drive storytelling across all channels while maintaining brand consistency

  • Build and manage relationships with creators and video editors

  • Oversee content testing and optimization for paid social campaigns

  • Balance creative innovation with performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in creative strategy/direction for DTC brands (in-house or agency)

  • 2+ years experience in digital media production (e.g., VICE, BuzzFeed, or similar)

  • Video editing experience

  • Proven track record of producing successful Meta Ad creatives

  • Portfolio demonstrating viral organic content creation

  • Established network of reliable video editors and production resources

  • Data-driven approach to creative optimization.

  • Must have fluent English communication skills

  • Must be available to work during US working hours.
