Who You Are

brightwheel is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Education team. You are an experienced creative professional responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion and delivering visual solutions that align with business objectives. You will create high-quality design assets across various mediums, including print, digital and web, ensuring brand consistency. You have a passion for early education. You have expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and are a Canva wiz (Presentation design and audio/video editing in Canva is a must). You can work independently or in a team and effectively manage multiple projects and your time to hit deadlines.


What You’ll Do
  • Implement design projects from concept through execution
  • Create engaging design across digital, print, video and LMS platforms, ensuring content is clear, relatable, and aligned with brand standards
  • Transform early education training content into visually impactful designs
  • Independently manage creative assignments with minimal supervision
  • Receive and incorporate feedback effectively
  • Deliver high-quality, on-brand projects within deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a design studio, agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficient Canva user, including audio/video editing and/or other editing software
  • Competent with Google Workspace, especially Docs and Slides.
  • Skilled at handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines with efficient prioritization.
  • Great understanding of visual storytelling and effective visual communication.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating in both virtual and hybrid team settings.


$86,000 - $93,000 a year
brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity and offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, equity, and benefits. Our benefits package includes premium medical, dental, and vision benefits, generous paid parental leave, a flexible paid time off policy, a monthly wellness and productivity stipend, and a Learning & Development stipend.

For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Multiple factors determine final offer amounts, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise.
