SUMMARY
Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract provides technical solutions for the DOD in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services and T&E enabling services. JITC’s service requirements are categorized in the following areas: T&E Performance Requirements, T&E Capability Management Requirements, T&E Capability Requirements, and Overarching Contract and Task Order (TO) Requirements. TEC Services are provided to DoD Combatant Commanders/Services/Agencies, federal and state agencies, coalition partners, and commercial entities to aid in the design, development, acquisition, integration, deployment, operational use, and sustainment of new and enhanced Information Technology/National Security System capabilities.
Agile Defense is looking for a Radio Frequency (RF) Logistics Technician to support the testing of vendor provided developmental and production hardware and software as part of the standards conformance and interoperability certification mission. The RF Lab testing functional areas include High Frequency, Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Satellite Communications, and Very High Frequency/UHF Line of Sight. The selected candidate will perform property accountability and inventory control of all RF lab test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TDME) and vendor supplied test articles. This position is 100% on-site in a government facility. The selected candidate will assist the task lead in the following areas:
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide property accountability and inventory control of all RF Lab TDME through the preparation of property and inventory control documentation.
· Provide Controlled Cryptographic Item (CCI) and communications security (COMSEC) control, accountability, and inventory control.
· Provide procurement coordination of RF Lab software, hardware, services, supplies and/or equipment repair.
· Maintain equipment relocation logs documenting the movement of RF Lab test equipment and vendor test articles.
· Complete all functions, tasks, and activities associated with receiving items into the RF Lab, shipping TDME items out for scheduled calibration, and returning vendor test articles.
· Complete all functions, tasks, and activities associated with obsolete TDME during annual “turn-in”.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Certifications

Education, Background, and Years of Experience
· Requires a Bachelor’s degree; or an Associate’s degree and at least 4 years of experience; a minimum of 60 semester hours of formal education working towards an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience; or at least 8 years of experience is required. Additional certifications (other than those required for the position) in the area of specialization be substituted for experience or education but varies by certification. The degree must be in a relevant technical curriculum and experience must be related to the job duties.

Preferred Skills
· Experience with CCI, COMSEC, and RF test equipment.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Environmental Conditions
· Contractor site. Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Strength Demands
· Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
