Backroom cleanliness, organization and detailed standards. All Backroom Functions include but not limited to (receiving, processing, EAS tagging, size nubbing, and reports individual productivity and overall backroom efficiencies to the store manager. Partnering with Manager on duty and all department team members on proper freight flow with a unified goal to be Door to Floor (DTF) in 24 hours without compromising our customer shopping experience. The BES ensures the store's backroom is fully staffed to the model and partners with the admin on any personnel needs/deficiencies. Fully responsible for ensuring all company policies and procedures are understood and executed.
