AI Machine Learning Scientist Associate

Location: Hybrid Work environment in Surrounding Chicago, New York City, or New Jersey Area

Hours: M- F Standard Working Hours

Travel: No Travel

Position Overview:

Responsible for junior level Artificial Intelligence (AI) scientific and statistical methods to assist with product creation, development and improvement.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Assists other Machine Learning Scientists with development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and data modeling. Assists in determining cause and effect relations

• Develop and implement predictive model algorithms and techniques with moderate complexity

• Execute algorithms to address specific business problems under direction of team lead or manager

• Work with data-sets of moderate size and complexity

• Develop visualization of analysis output for business users and publish results under direction of team lead or manager

• Predict model and machine learning concepts

• Distribute computing environment, such as Hadoop

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent degree and 1 or more years of experience; or any combination of education and experience in configuration management, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Deep Learning Preferred

• Experience with Natural Language Processing Preferred

• Design experience using Hadoop and Spark Preferred

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $94,880 to $177,900

Locations: Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
