Establish post-launch frameworks in order to continually evolve / modify launch initiatives to ensure business objectives are achieved.• Support the Community Support Strategic Planning & Operations, Content & Optimization and Delivery teams through annual planning, monthly forecasts, close and actuals vs forecast analysis.Requirements• 10 years in FP&A, accounting, and business operations requiredSolid experience with planning and budgeting processes, financial forecasting, P&L management, interpreting and reporting business performance results.• Strong financial modeling in Excel / Google Sheets is a must• Familiarity with Anaplan and Workday Financials are a plus• Comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgmentEducation:B.A. or B.S. in Business, Finance, or AccountingBelonging & Accommodations:Airbnb is committed to working with the best and brightest people from the broadest talent pool possible.
