Visual Designer

Develop and apply design system (DLS) components, patterns, principles and libraries. Evangelize our design system and contribution model throughout the organization. Create documentation, mockups, style guides and presentations Develop reusable, pixel perfect design assets for product use. Anticipate and problem solve executional issues such as image resolution and cropping, cross-platform... considerations, layout scalability, and accessibility. Lead the quality assurance process to ensure pixel perfect execution across platforms and devices. Elevate craft on your team through continued demonstration of one or multiple (specialized) design disciplines - visual design, interaction design, motion and animation, prototyping and sound design. Lead complex projects or initiatives and execute the work at the highest level. Create inspiring 'north star' design concepts that inform a future product vision.
