Skills
- 10+ years experience in design or art direction
- Proven success in developing impactful creative experiences
- Attention to detail and big ideas
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Elevate the quality of integrated campaign experiences
- Create and maintain a scalable design system unique to Airtable brand
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams for design content
- Provide design direction for external contractors and agencies
