The Airtable Success team is searching for a passionate and creative Customer Education Curriculum Designer and Program Manager who will build and own vital components of the Airtable Academy and Certification programs to be offered to our customers. This role will be a part of the dynamic and growing Scaled Customer Success Education Team, who is responsible for the education and ongoing success of our enterprise Customers. This role is a great opportunity to develop from scratch and increase customers’ skills and competencies in an effective way, which will in turn make a large impact on our customers’ success with Airtable, our CS team, and the company holistically.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills and experience. The base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $240,000 for work locations in San Francisco, Mountain View, Seattle, NYC and LA. For offices outside of these locations the base salary range is $144,000 - $216,000. Our total compensation package also includes the opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation.
