If you're ready to do the most ambitious work of your career, join us.The Role:Airwallex is looking for a talented writer and marketer to join our Lifecycle Marketing Team. This role requires versatile experience in email writing and experimentation. Experience in the fintech and/or payments sector is preferred, but not mandatory. This role reports to the Manager, Lifecycle Marketing.Responsibilities• Collaborate cross functionally with content, design and product marketing to deliver creative and effective email campaigns for Airwallex• Understand our product positioning and customer segmentation and design targeted, relevant communications• Plan email campaigns, including outlining timelines, quantitative and qualitative targets, and high-level messaging• Integrate copywriting expertise, critical thinking, and attention to detail to craft compelling conversion-optimized emails• Utilize our marketing and CRM platforms to design, streamline, and automate emails and in-app messaging• Use creative and critical thinking to compose persuasive email subject lines and CTAs.• Follow our established email campaign guidelines and identify improvements to the process according to new technologies and trends, as needed• Use A/B testing and other methods to continually improve email performance• Track and analyze engagement metrics, such as click and open rates, and test hypotheses to improve engagement• Closely follow top-level business targets, including increasing customer retention and sales lead conversion• Understand and adhere to the Airwallex brand, tone, and editorial styleSkills & Qualifications• 2+ years of email marketing experience, 4+ years of writing experience• Excellent writing and grammar skills• Experience in crafting a diverse range of marketing content including: email, push notifications, landing pages• A working knowledge of Lifecycle Platforms (we use Marketo) and how emails are designed and orchestrated is essential• Excellent interpersonal skills• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related communications field preferredEqual opportunityAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
