WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
A creative, collaborative and adaptable storyteller who strategically creates the agency’s compelling content, leveraging a variety of platforms to engage with our brands’ audiences. You build community and cultural relevance while spotting and implementing emerging technologies. You are a culture-obsessed multi-disciplinarian, a forward-thinking social expert with an extensive understanding of digital spaces. You develop and manage posting social content, create client presentations and recommendations, and offer platform insights and measurement results. You naturally cultivate online communities, with agency and client opportunities in mind.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Community Manager & Social Strategist, daily tasks may include crafting and posting compelling on-brand content, monitoring and responding to social media conversations from the brand handels, unearthing trends for the brand to react to, measuring and optimizing campaigns, collaborating with the creative team and/or influencers for content opportunities, making strategic recommendations and highlighting new opportunities:
-Monitor user behavior & social conversation while identifying cultural opportunities
-Engage with your brand’s audience as a social listener and agency ambassador
-Create and schedule content, research trends and technologies, manage platforms
-Provide current data to keep clients, strategy & creative informed
WHAT YOU BRING:
-2-4 years as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager with a passion for social media, trendspotting and digital marketing
-Efficient and effective writing and communication skills Community management experience across all social platforms (Meta, Youtube, Reddit, Pinterest, X)
-Experience with community management tools, social listening, influencer marketing
-Client management and relationship building skills
