What we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager with a specialization in Account-Based Marketing (ABM). This role will be pivotal in driving our demand generation efforts, with a focus on developing and executing ABM strategies to target and engage key accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive ABM strategy to target and engage high-value accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
- Create personalized marketing campaigns tailored to specific accounts and personas.
- Own and manage the demand generation budget to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance
- Identify and target key segments to drive lead generation.
- Develop and implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to create and manage lead nurturing workflows.
- Track and analyze the performance of demand generation and ABM campaigns
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market trends.
- Identify, select, and manage relationships with marketing agencies and third-party vendors.
- Oversee the execution of outsourced marketing activities
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for agency and vendor services.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
- Coordinate with content creators and designers to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative marketing culture within the team.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or a related role, with a strong focus on ABM.
- Experience with a startup scaling beyond Series A
- Focus on B2B marketing, ideally selling to the back office
- Proven track record of managing demand generation budgets >$2M annually
- Success strategizing, executing, and reporting on ABM campaigns
- Experience working with marketing agencies, technology vendors, and other vendors
- Proficiency in Hubspot, retargeting and display platforms, and AdWords
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to adapt quickly
- Bias toward experimentation and eagerness to learn and try new things
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
