Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Microsoft's business applications and operating systems
Track and respond to help desk activities
Resolve technical hardware and software issues
Interact with internal staff to provide IT-related answers
Perform other IT assignments and projects as required

Education

1+ years of work experience in an IT environment
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS
Certifications such as A+, Net+, Sec +, MCSA, or MCSE preferred
