POSITION TITLE: Engineering Student Intern TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Part-time Summer position, approximately 24 hours/week WORK LOCATION: 700 Bishop Street, Suite 1930, Honolulu, HI 96813. Must be able to work at office location and find own way to office.
Pay: $20/hr
Summer position available for engineering students in their junior year or higher, with an interest in planning and designing projects for the construction industries. Duties include basic plan research, CAD production, quantity takeoffs and cost estimating and potentially some design, calculations and report writing.
EDUCATION: NH Program students preferred. Junior level course work.EXPERIENCE: None. However, previous experience within the engineering consulting industry is desired.SKILLS: Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD
