OpenEye delivers intelligent cloud video technology and is looking for a DVR Technician to troubleshoot and build DVRs while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

Build a vast variation of DVRs and PCs
Participate in training activities as needed
Continuously provide high degree of service to meet customer service goals
Assist QC teammates with general help as needed
Perform all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned

Education

High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
