As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for:


Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support.

Assisting customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.

Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolution.
