Position: Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to senior care. 

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide primary care services, including health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret lab results
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Participate in clinical research projects to advance evidence-based practice

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in areas such as PICU, pediatrics, senior care, and acute pain management is preferred
• Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
