Job Description Summary

You will see patients for chronic disease management, sick visits, annual wellness visits and minor procedures. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to ordering ancillary services, prescribing medication, developing care plans, prompt and accurate medical record documentation, patient education and counseling, promotion of good health practices, providing in-office procedures and participation in value-based medicine.
