We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for the Automotive & Manufacturing vertical. This role is for an experienced marketing professional who will be a highly skilled individual contributor responsible for developing and executing industry-specific marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Automotive & Manufacturing sectors and experience in B2B marketing, with a proven ability to drive demand generation, create compelling content, and contribute to business growth.
Develop and Implement Industry-Specific Marketing Strategies
Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the Automotive & Manufacturing industries. Utilize a mix of digital and traditional marketing tactics to maximize reach and engagement.
Demand Generation and Lead Management
Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, challenger campaigns (Gartner methodology), and inbound/outbound strategies. Nurture leads and collaborate closely with the sales team to convert them into business opportunities.
Content Creation and Thought Leadership
Produce high-quality content including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations. Communicate Aleph Alpha’s AI solutions effectively to a technical and non-technical audience within the Automotive & Manufacturing sectors.
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, events, etc.) to build brand awareness, generate leads, and measure campaign performance.
Industry Events and Partnerships
Represent Aleph Alpha at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Establish and nurture partnerships with relevant organizations in the Automotive & Manufacturing vertical to extend brand visibility.
Analyze and Optimize Marketing Performance
Use data and analytics tools to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns. Measure key metrics such as ROI, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. Continuously optimize strategies to improve outcomes.
Industry Expertise
Extensive experience in the Automotive & Manufacturing sectors, with a clear understanding of industry challenges, target audiences, and regulatory landscapes.
Ability to tailor messaging to the specific needs of OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other stakeholders.
B2B Marketing Experience
Proven track record in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, preferably for technology or AI-driven solutions.
Experience in demand generation and lead nurturing using techniques such as Challenger Sales, inbound marketing, and content marketing.
Technical Product Marketing
Ability to translate complex AI solutions into clear, compelling value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience marketing cutting-edge technologies to industry stakeholders.
Content Creation Skills
Exceptional skills in creating engaging and informative content, tailored to the Automotive & Manufacturing industries.
Ability to produce a wide range of content formats, from white papers and case studies to blog posts and social media content.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management
Expertise in planning and managing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, SEO, email, social media, etc.).
Proven ability to optimize marketing efforts through analytics and performance tracking.
Agile and Data-Driven
Strong proficiency in using data and analytics tools to measure the success of marketing efforts, adjust strategies, and optimize campaigns.
Ability to quickly adapt to market changes and drive continuous improvement in marketing performance.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the Automotive & Manufacturing sectors.
Strong understanding of AI or advanced technology marketing is a plus.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
