The Role Highlights 💡
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Design and optimize personalized customer lifecycle journeys across multiple touchpoints.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance customer communication and automate marketing processes.
A Day In Your Life:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives across various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
- Design and optimize customer journeys across different stages, ensuring personalized experiences based on user behavior and segmentation.
- Work closely with the marketing and data teams to develop meaningful customer segments for targeted messaging.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to deliver timely, relevant, and personalized communications to users.
- Regularly monitor and report on CRM and lifecycle campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement to enhance engagement and retention.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM efforts with broader business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
- Utilize our CRM tool (HubSpot) to manage customer data, track interactions, and support lifecycle marketing campaigns.
You’re the CRM & Lifecycle Specialist we’re looking for if you have:
- Proven experience in CRM management and lifecycle marketing, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
- Proficient in CRM platforms like HubSpot, with a solid understanding of marketing automation and campaign management
- Advanced skills in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
- Strong data analysis and reporting abilities to measure campaign success and make data-driven improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Experience with direct communication strategies such as WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications
