The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on innovative, impactful and unique content across multiple channels. This position is ideal for a creative thinker who enjoys collaborating and takes pride in executing beautiful and functional design. This position will be most enjoyed by someone with strong self-leadership, organization, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities & Duties• Responsible for executing on a broad range of creative and design projects across multiple channels including web, social media, paid advertising, email, event and print collateral, presentations, video and more• Create and adapt a variety of design assets, including one-pagers, case studies, ebooks, sales resources, blog graphics, social graphics, paid ads and email campaigns• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the marketing team on a wide range of projects• Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment• Utilize templates and brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency across platformsQualifications• Digital portfolio showcasing relevant experience is required• 1-3 years of related design experience and knowledge of current digital design best practices• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
