Job Description

For this position, we are looking for two people to work in Poznań or Warsaw.

What does this role involve? 

  • You will support tasks carried out by the recruitment team, in the business and operational area 
  • You will provide the best candidate experience in the recruitment process, from first contact to employment
  • You will assist in tracking and updating data related to recruitment processes to ensure accurate reporting
  • You will contribute to achieving collective targets. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
  • We will introduce you to the world of tools that are helpful in the recruitment process (including Cronofy, Devskiller, SAP tools and others)
  • You will help us with administrative tasks related to recruitment
  • You will cooperate with representatives of various business areas within Allegro

  • Have worked with many tools and have no problem using them (e.g. ATS, Google Suite)
  • Have above-average social and communication skills

  • Know Czech or Slovak at B1 level
