Senior Manager, Strategy
Allergan Data Labs, part of AbbVie, is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy to lead market research, develop business cases, and drive growth initiatives within the aesthetics, consumers, and beauty service providers segment. Join us in transforming the beauty business with innovative technologies.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships
- Business knowledge in product management and software sales
Responsibilities
- Lead market research to identify service/product gaps and articulate market opportunities
- Develop data-backed assessments and business cases for strategic initiatives
- Create dashboards to monitor product performance and analyze revenue streams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth strategies and decision-making processes
- Conduct detailed analysis of revenue streams and customer data for growth opportunities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience OR MBA and 6+ years of experience in strategy
