What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work with the Customer Success team to own the success and governance of Flatiron’s relationship with its partner and community oncology practice customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Reporting into the Account Management team, you'll work closely with customer executive leadership and client teams assigned to partner practices, along with internal partners at Flatiron (e.g., Legal, Sales, Finance, Product and Engineering) to optimize our Customer Success offering, including partnership on strategic projects and post-live support.
