We want you to be yourself here.The TeamThe brand marketing team leads the design, development, and implementation of B2B marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans to increase Arity brand awareness and drive consideration and loyalty. Working across all lines of the business, the team drives adoption of Arity products and services through multiple channels.As a Graphic Design intern for Arity, you will work within the brand marketing team to create various marketing collateral to support marketing, sales, and internal people teams.This position will design and produce web and social media assets, email campaign graphics, presentations, event collateral from branded swag to physical signage, and other marketing-related materials, for both print and digital formats.Want to join our team? Let’s chat!At the end of your internship, you will have a better understanding of…• How to design within the Arity Brand Guidelines and templates• How design supports marketing initiatives through the creation of various materials.• Collaborate with design and brand team on projects from conception to production• Brainstorming big ideas in a group setting and expressing your opinion• Communicating your design process and decisions with the larger team of designers and non-designers• Generate content quickly and making sure to adhere to strict deadlines• Collaboration with internal team members and external agency partners on various projectsQualifications• Experience Level (Year): rising junior or rising senior in a Visual or Graphic Design program• Degree: Bachelor of Design or BFA with a focus on Graphic Design or Visual Communication preferred• Proficient knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)• Familiarity of presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint)• Attention to detail, design, layout, and typographic skills• Actively interested in current design trends• Ability and flexibility to work on multiple projects at once• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills• Bonus skills: Experience with multimedia design, video, motion graphics• Compensation offered for this role is between $20 and $42 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications.SkillsCustomer Centricity, Digital Literacy, Inclusive Leadership, Learning Agility, Results-OrientedJoining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity.
