The individual provides work guidance and direction to less senior employees and provides mentoring and coaching to the team.Key Responsibilities• Researches and responds to complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues• Assists in reviewing files and making recommendations to refer files to Home Office for escalation• Proficient knowledge of all regional construction types and related repair methodologies• May serve as a committee team lead for medium-sized projects or as a committee team member on large projects• Handles and occasionally negotiates complex claims that included Public Adjuster involvement• Handles complex contents inventories, complex pricing analysis, and mitigation bills, and prepares claims reports• Investigates, reviews, determines and verifies complex coverage/policy information• Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations and decisions making processEducation• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)Experience• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)Supervisory Responsibilities• This job does not have supervisory duties.Education & Experience (in lieu)• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.SkillsCompensationCompensation offered for this role is $50,400.00 - 88,987.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.Joining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity.
