They collaborate with various stakeholders to manage state examination requests, respond to regulatory inquiries, and support litigation efforts. Their focus is on addressing these issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining lofty standards of service.What You Will Learn1. Research and Analysis: Conducting thorough investigations into regulatory inquiries and litigation matters to provide accurate and timely responses.2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with different departments and teams within the organization to gather necessary information and ensure a cohesive approach to handling inquiries and disputes.3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the Product operation organization complies with relevant state regulations and guidelines, for Market Conduct Exams and other regulatory inquiries.4. Litigation Support: Assisting with legal proceedings by gathering evidence, preparing documentation, and providing support to legal teams.5.
