Responsibilities: Develop and execute a territory plan, generate leads, coordinate sales efforts, maintain customer relationships, and stay updated on industry trends while presenting Alma's products to various stakeholders.
Skills: Proven sales experience in K-12 education, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage relationships, and deep understanding of SIS and EdTech trends.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in K-12 software sales, strong educational background with direct SIS experience, and a BS/BA degree or equivalent plus familiarity with local funding sources.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter that can take over a growing territory and make an immediate impact by getting LEAs to adopt Alma SIS & Technology Solutions. Knowledge of the SIS and Public Education market - either through experience selling to technologists or implementing and managing a district SIS as an administrator - is highly preferred. Along with this experience, a deep network of district educators, administrators, technologists, regional influencers, and supporting County Offices of Education will allow for a fast start and long term success in this role.
