We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Scientist to join our rapidly growing team in Berlin.

You Will:

• Support the identification of automation opportunities to improve business processes, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Assist in the development and deployment of machine-learning models, contributing to measurement plans and learning from results.

• Apply statistical knowledge and best practices during model development and deployment to enhance accuracy and reliability.

• Work closely with data to understand core customer and business problems, aligning model objectives to create effective automation solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and data scientists, to support and maintain automated processes.

You Have:

• Some work experience developing machine-learning models.

• A foundation in building and deploying machine learning or statistical models for real-world applications.

• Basic statistical knowledge, including A/B testing, probability, and regression analysis.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with some exposure to cloud platforms.

• Strong communication skills, with an eagerness to learn how to present findings clearly and effectively.
