Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead to join their team in New York, NY. The Operations Lead will be responsible for driving profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team.

Lead inventory management processes for accuracy and shrink reduction
Manage operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing
Champion visual standards on the sales floor

Directly oversee Operations Associates and manage staff development
