Alo is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to elevate guest experiences and drive business targets in the new store opening in November 2024. Ideal candidates are passionate about retail and committed to fostering a strong team environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience
Investigate sales opportunities and escalate process or system gaps
Develop workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives
Manage budget and reporting with General Manager
Establish internal & external pipeline through recruitment strategy

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
