The Visual Lead position at Alo Yoga is full-time, requiring 32-40 hours per week. All full-time employees should have open availability and expect to work variable shifts, which often includes weekends and peak retail periods. Notably, during the company’s Blackout period, from American Thanksgiving through the first week of January, all employees must be available to accommodate our busy holiday schedule.
