Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our growing team in Orlando. This role involves managing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and supporting ongoing account needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to client service.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and goals
Handle account inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments to deliver services aligned with client expectations
Prepare reports, track account performance, and identify areas for improvement
Participate in meetings and strategy sessions to support account success
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in client account management, customer service, or a similar role
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
