Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Communications Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, problem-solving, and building relationships with clients. As a Communications Agent, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive brand image and ensuring smooth interactions with both internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain and update records and reports on client interactions.
