Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support and enhance our internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent messaging, coordinating communication initiatives, and ensuring all content aligns with our brand values.
Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and distribute internal communications, newsletters, and company announcements
Assist in the creation and execution of communication plans for campaigns and projects
Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent and clear messaging
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and press materials
Organize and maintain internal communication systems and documentation
Monitor and improve employee engagement through communication channels
Maintain brand voice and ensure quality control in all company materials
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
