Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships
Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations to clients
Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
Support the planning and execution of client campaigns and account strategies
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met
Conduct market and industry research to support client solutions
