Strong proficiency in Excel

Knowledge of compensation platforms such as Aon Radford
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Administer and support execution of compensation policies.
Conduct market data surveys for competitive positioning.
Assist in the administration of benefits programs.
Provide recommendations on job classification and salary adjustments.
Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
