Junior Total Rewards Specialist [Compensation]

Alto Pharmacy is looking for a driven Junior Total Rewards Specialist to join our People Team, focusing on compensation administration and benefits support. We provide a supportive pharmacy experience for our customers.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday
  • Knowledge of compensation platforms such as Aon Radford
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support execution of compensation policies.
  • Conduct market data surveys for competitive positioning.
  • Assist in the administration of benefits programs.
  • Provide recommendations on job classification and salary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
