Pharmacy Compliance Specialist, Pharmacy Licensing and Loss Prevention

Alto Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist, Pharmacy Licensing, and Loss Prevention to uphold pharmacy security and regulatory compliance at the highest level.

Skills

Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in data analysis, auditing, and risk management
Familiarity with relevant regulations like CSA, FD&C, DSCSA, NABP, and URAC accreditations

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a comprehensive Drug Diversion and Prevention Program
Develop innovative analytics and tools to identify medication diversion
Conduct onsite audits of controlled substance medications
Create and implement a controlled substance surveillance program based on regulatory requirements
Lead investigations into suspected incidents of controlled substance diversion or theft
Oversee the application, renewal, and maintenance of pharmacy licenses and registrations

Education

Bachelor’s degree or PharmD
