About the position

Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for a IT support Engineer to join our team in Culver City.

What you’ll do

Provide technical assistance and support, related to computer systems, hardware, or software
Respond to queries, run diagnostics programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions
Conduct corporate training sessions
Assist with onboarding-offboarding
Maintain the daily performance of computer systems
Help with maintaining IT asset/inventory mgmt
Performs other related duties and projects as requested or assigned

What you’ll bring

Familiarity with Mac and PC Operating Systems
Familiarity with GSuite and Google Admin
Familiarity with OKTA, Jamf, and Kaseya-VSA
Familiarity with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipment
Preferred Experience with Atlassian apps (confluence, jira)
Basic knowledge of Active Directory
Computer and Printer Support
New computer hardware and software builds, using imaging software
Familiarity with Office 365 Suite - some knowledge of Outlook may be required.
